The legendary Flying Scotsman returns to the East Lancashire Railway, offering a rare chance to travel behind Britain’s most iconic steam locomotive. We will be enjoying a nostalgic coach ride through the Irwell Valley, free time in Bury, and an en‑route visit to Liverpool — a short break filled with history, scenery, and classic railway charm.

Made another quick visit to play on the indoor rinks. Had another great game. I was playing as the “HOME” team again.

Now a full member and made first visit to play on the indoor rinks. Had a great game in a nice relaxed environment. I was playing as the “HOME” team. A pleasing result!
Looking Ahead:
Norwegian Fjords with Ambassador Cruises
In 2027 we’ll be setting off on a new adventure with Ambassador Cruises, heading north to explore the breathtaking Norwegian Fjords. It’s a journey I’ve long hoped to make—towering cliffs, peaceful waterways, and the quiet beauty that Norway is so well known for.
This trip promises a mix of calm scenic sailing and visits to traditional fjord towns, each with its own character and history. I’m especially looking forward to those moments when the ship glides between steep mountains and waterfalls, offering views you simply can’t experience any other way.
